"There is a nice relaxed atmosphere at the gym and it's very rare that we have to wait to use any of the equipment. Its also nice to be able to get a coffee and read the paper after the session. After 5 weeks my wife has lost one stone in weight and I have managed to shed 7 pounds!" David, Havant.

"Having been a member of many other gyms I have recently joined Powerhouse and have to say I am finding it to be very friendly and the staff to be extremely motivating.
