Eat slowly, your food can take upto 30 minutes to reach your stomach which is why lots of us eat too much as we don't realise we are full!

 

 

Drink Plenty of Water

People often confuse thirst with hunger so end up eating more than they need.

Keep a diary of what you eat. You'll be amazed at how much. 

 

Once a Week

Weigh yourself once a week, at the same time of the day on the same scales. 

 

Portion Control

Swap your big dinner plate for a smaller one. You will automatically eat less. 

 

Clean your teeth

If you have a sugar craving. Clean your teeth, it usually goes away! 


 

Eat before you shop

If you shop when you are hungry, you will be more tempted to buy sugar rich foods.
